Student Data Manager / Darlington County Intervention School

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and input data
• Generate reports
• Prepare and process a variety of documents and records
• Maintain student records in designated software application
• Track student data and programs
• Maintain accurate attendance records for students
• Respond to inquiries from students, parents, district staff, and SC State Department of Education and Federal Systems
• Perform general office duties (answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distributing mail, copying, and maintaining office machines) necessary for the efficient operation of the school office
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong typing skills required
• One (1) year computer experience required
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Pay

$23,785 base salary (salary based on verified previous full-time experience and education)

Schedule

205-day position (available for the 2026‑2027 school year)

Location: Darlington County Intervention School. Available: 2026‑2027 school year. FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt. A negative TB test must be on file prior to starting work. Responsible To: Principal.
