About the Role
This is a temporary front-desk support position at Nebraska Methodist College, providing assistance to faculty, staff, students, and visitors. The role involves approximately 18 hours per week, with various daytime hours.
Responsibilities
- Support program personnel in organizing and managing student data.
- Create and assemble student paper files.
- Enter student data in the online Student Access database.
- Support program personnel in maintaining the program and its resources.
- Provide clerical assistance to staff, including photocopying and assembling packets.
- Maintain records of program resources.
- Assist program participants with questions and concerns as needed.
- Support staff in NMC Food Pantry tasks, including filling orders, supervising shoppers, and tracking use.

- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook.
