Student Ambassador & Financial Consultant (Part-Time)

As a Student Ambassador & Financial Consultant, you'll represent UT Federal Credit Union at our Student Union Branch, helping students, faculty, staff, and members navigate their financial journey with confidence. Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors to the Student Union Branch with exceptional service.
- Serve as a campus ambassador for UT Federal Credit Union by building relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
- Help members open accounts, process transactions, and access the financial products and services that best meet their needs.
- Educate members on financial wellness resources, digital banking tools, and available credit union services.
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.
- Assist with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and debit card services.
- Resolve member questions with professionalism and care.
- Represent UTFCU at campus events, orientations, and outreach opportunities when needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Support branch operations through cash handling, balancing, recordkeeping, and maintaining a welcoming branch environment.

Qualifications
- Current University of Tennessee student preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, campus leadership, student organizations, or volunteer experience is a plus—but we'll provide the banking knowledge you need.
