Student Affairs Work Study Technician
Position Summary
The Student Affairs Operations Work Study Assistant will assist the department by providing administrative support for programs, services, and activities. The student may work with/for other staff in the unit on a project basis as time, skills, and need dictate.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Filing
- Phone outreach to students
- Event coordination assistance
- Process documentation assistance
- Meeting minutes
- Resume review support
- Aid with data reports
- Research requests
- Special projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be a current Franklin student, and have Federal Work Study eligibility
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Dependable and prompt
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and follow the direction of the supervisor
- Comfortable working with highly confidential documents
