Student: Accounting Assistant
Utah State University (USU) student majoring in accounting needed to assist in day-to-day accounting operations at the Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL).

Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable
- Perform data entry
- Conduct general ledger account reconciliation
- Prepare various accounting schedules using Microsoft Excel
Requirements
- Student currently enrolled with Utah State University majoring in accounting
- Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person
- Able to support SDL student work schedule (15-20 hours per week during the school year during business hours and 20-40 hours per week during the summer)
- Self-motivated and able to follow directions
- Ability to work with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Students in their sophomore or junior year

Schedule
- Part-time (15-20 hours per week) during the school year
- Full-time (20-40 hours per week) during the summer if school schedule allows
