Job Description Student Accounts Specialist A well-established private Christian K-12 school in the Orlando area is seeking a Student Accounts Specialist to join its Finance team. This role is responsible for managing student tuition accounts, processing payments, supporting collections, and providing exceptional customer service to families. Salary: $58,000 - $62,000 BOE Key Responsibilities: Manage student tuition and fee accountsMonitor accounts receivable and follow up on past-due balancesProcess payments and maintain accurate account recordsAssist families with payment plans and account inquiriesCollaborate with Finance, Admissions, and Registrar teamsSupport monthly reporting and year-end account activities Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or a related finance roleStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and OutlookExperience with student information systems or tuition management software is a plus Faith Requirement: This position is part of a Christ-centered educational community.
