Student Academics Specialist
for sections present: About the role (maybe "Primary Purpose"?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. The posting includes Primary Purpose repeated, Key Responsibilities (multiple subcategories), Qualifications & Desired Skills, Ideal Candidate, Reasonable Accommodations Statement (but that's boilerplate EEO etc, we should remove). Also there is mention of "BASIS Phoenix Primary is seeking qualified candidates for a Student Academics Specialist - K-5th to start ASAP!" That's like intro. We need to not repeat job title as heading. We can include a short
for intro/metadata like start ASAP, location maybe not given. We should not include Job ID etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe combine Primary Purpose and intro). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (maybe combine Qualifications & Desired Skills and Ideal Candidate?). Skills could be separate but we can combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications & Skills. Possibly also Ideal Candidate as part of Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can omit those not present. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. Or combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But they said use headings for those categories if content exists. We have qualifications content (degree, certification, experience, knowledge). We have skills content (analyze data, communication, organization, interpersonal, etc). So we can have both Qualifications and Skills sections. We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule as not stated. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For responsibilities we have many bullet-like sentences; we can make a list.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all responsibilities listed, all qualifications, all skills, ideal candidate description maybe as a paragraph.
We need to remove boilerplate: Reasonable Accommodations Statement and EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines (Primary Purpose appears twice; we should keep only once). Also remove repeated "Key Responsibilities" heading maybe not needed as we will use
Responsibilities
. We'll keep the content. We need to ensure we don't include headings with filler text. So we will output:BASIS Phoenix Primary is seeking qualified candidates for a Student Academics Specialist - K-5th to start ASAP!

Ideal Candidate
The ideal Student Academics Specialist is an instructional leader who is visible, collaborative, organized, and student-centered. This person understands that data is not simply a collection of numbers—it is a tool for understanding students and improving instruction. The Student Academics Specialist should be able to move comfortably between analyzing schoolwide data, coaching a teacher, meeting with a family, providing direct intervention to a student, and collaborating with school leadership to improve academic outcomes. Most importantly, the Student Academics Specialist should believe that every student can grow and that strong academic outcomes are the result of intentional instruction, effective intervention, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
We should not include Reasonable Accommodations statement. Check for any duplicated content: We have Primary Purpose only once. Good. Check for any missing substantive info: The "Leadership Partnership" section describing partnership with Dean of Students is not captured. We should include that as part of responsibilities or maybe a separate paragraph under About the role? It's substantive. Let's incorporate it maybe under Responsibilities as a bullet or under About the role. Since we have a Responsibilities section already long, we could add a bullet: "Work in close partnership with the Dean of Students to address student needs holistically." But we need to preserve all detail: The text includes: "Leadership Partnership The Student Academics Specialist works in close partnership with the Dean of Students. While each role has a primary area of ownership, both positions are responsible for looking at the whole child and working collaboratively when students have multiple areas of need. Dean of Students: “Why is the student struggling behaviorally or socially, and what support does the student need?” Student Academics Specialist: “Why is the student struggling academically, and what instruction or intervention does the student need?” When a student has both academic and behavioral concerns, the Deans collaborate to develop a coordinated support plan that addresses the student’s needs as a whole." We should include that as a bullet under Responsibilities or maybe a separate paragraph under About the role. Since it's about role partnership, maybe under About the role. But we already have About the role paragraph describing purpose. We can add another paragraph after that about partnership. However the instruction: Usefor prose. So we can add another
under About the role. Thus modify About the role to have two paragraphs: first as before, second about partnership. Let's do:

The Student Academics Specialist works in close partnership with the Dean of Students. The Dean of Students focuses on behavioral/social struggles and support needed; the Student Academics Specialist focuses on academic struggles and needed instruction/intervention. When a student has both academic and behavioral concerns, the Deans collaborate to develop a coordinated support plan that addresses the student’s needs as a whole.
That preserves the detail. Now ensure we didn't miss any other substantive content: The "Shared Leadership Responsibilities" bullet list we already captured many items; we included them as bullets. Did we miss any? Let's review original Shared Leadership Responsibilities list: - Participate in school leadership meetings and contribute to schoolwide decision
