Essential Functions

• Assist in the O&M of Azure Cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines related to Azure Cloud O&M to complete tasks and assignments.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers related to Azure Cloud management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Azure Cloud management.
• Identify and report issues and discrepancies related to Azure Cloud O&M in a timely manner.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions related to Azure Cloud O&M as required.
• Manage and maintain the Workday application as Software as a Service (SaaS) and provide priority #1 response to HR upon request.
• Create reporting solutions through use of Workday’s advanced and matrix custom reporting tools, calculated fields, and dashboard maintenance.
• Configure and maintain Workday business process logic and scheduled reporting/integration processes.
• Engage with the Workday Community platform to find solutions and suggestions from other customers and Workday Ask-An-Expert resources, stay apprised of new features, and present system improvement ideas.
• Participate regularly in professional development activities to keep abreast of changes and new developments in HR technology.
• Train new personnel on Workday O&M as requested to provide company depth in this technology.

• Ability to work utilizing professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, participate in critical decision making, and work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in Azure Cloud management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions related to Azure Cloud O&M.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of Workday administration.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and requirements related to Azure Cloud O&M and Workday administration.
