RN Med Surg Tele - Seasonal
Job Summary
Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a seasonal position in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. Key responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, providing education, and collaborating with medical providers.
Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Four (4) weekend shifts required each 4 week schedule period
- Two (2) holiday shifts required during the 32-week period
- Minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period
- Must be willing to float to another facility if needed
- Subject to first call-off
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Assess patient conditions during admission and each shift
- Perform procedures, monitor, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s)
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response
- Respond promptly to patient requests and educate patients, families, and caregivers

Pay and Schedule
The hourly rate is $55. Shifts may vary based on department needs.
