Our mission is to protect communities and natural resources through rapid-response fire suppression.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural maintenance, modifications, and repairs on aircraft in compliance with aviation standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, repair manuals, and process sheets.
- Assemble and install parts or complete repairs using structural fasteners.
- Diagnose and apply appropriate repairs from structural repair manuals.
- Treat and prevent corrosion, apply sealants, and ensure proper protection standards are met.
- Maintain, calibrate, and properly use measuring tools and shop equipment.
- Keep accurate work records and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic.
- Travel as needed to support operations in and outside of the United States.
Requirements
- Extensive structural maintenance experience.
- A&P (S) license preferred.
- Completion of an approved training course (ICS accepted).
- Strong skills in interpreting manuals, technical drawings, and standards.
- Excellent hand skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.

- Local to Thermal, CA, or willing to relocate.
