Structures Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Perform skilled construction, renovation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial and DoD facilities.
• Support structural integrity, safety, and operational readiness of buildings through work involving building envelopes, roofing systems, structural components, and general building renovations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

About the Role

CSEngineering is seeking a Structures Technician to support construction, renovation, and repair of commercial and Department of Defense facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in building envelope, roofing, and structural systems.

Required Qualifications

• Security Clearance: NACI/SF85 (Public Trust)
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a DoW or commercial structures technician responsible for repairs or construction, including general building renovation, building envelope, and roof
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
