Structured Transactions Analyst

This position involves analyzing and structuring financial transactions to optimize returns and manage risk. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop comprehensive financial structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute structured transactions
• Research market trends and regulatory changes impacting financial structures
• Prepare and present transaction proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on the performance of structured transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in structured finance or transaction advisory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
