Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop comprehensive financial structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute structured transactions
- Research market trends and regulatory changes impacting financial structures
- Prepare and present transaction proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on the performance of structured transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in structured finance or transaction advisory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
Qualifications
