This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Dallas, TX – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for transaction preparation
- Draft legal documents including briefs and contracts with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage complex cases and transactions from inception to resolution
- Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication and advice
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies
- Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations
- Stay updated on legal standards and ensure compliance throughout transactions
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the applicable state
- 2+ years of experience at a law firm, preferably in structured finance or real estate
- Experience in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) preferred but not required
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills

Pay
$235,000 – $390,000 annually
