Structured Finance Associate (Multi-City)

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Dallas, TX – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for transaction preparation
• Draft legal documents including briefs and contracts with a high degree of accuracy
• Manage complex cases and transactions from inception to resolution
• Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication and advice
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies
• Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations
• Stay updated on legal standards and ensure compliance throughout transactions

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the applicable state
• 2+ years of experience at a law firm, preferably in structured finance or real estate
• Experience in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) preferred but not required
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills

Pay

$235,000 – $390,000 annually
