Structured Finance Associate (Multi-City)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions
• Draft legal documents like briefs, motions, and contracts
• Affiliate in managing complex cases and transactions from inception to closure
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication
• Collaborate with team members to formulate innovative strategies
• Participate in high-profile legal events such as trial hearings or negotiations
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of employment
• 2+ years of experience at a law firm, preferably focused in structured finance or securities
• Experience with commercial real estate finance or CMBS is a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
