Structured Finance Associate (Multi-City)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Structured Finance Associate (multi-City) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis for cases and transactions
• Draft legal documents, including briefs and contracts
• Assist in managing complex cases/transactions from start to finish
• Maintain professional relationships with clients through regular updates and support
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative case strategies
• Participate in high-level legal activities like trials and depositions
• Ensure compliance with regulations and stay updated on legal changes

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the relevant state
• 2+ years of legal experience preferably in a law firm setting
• Experience in commercial real estate finance, CMBS, or structured finance preferred but not required
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
