Structure Technician

About the role

A Structure Technician is responsible for assisting in the repair, reconstruction, and restoration of residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.

Responsibilities

• Framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, assisting with punch work, and general carpentry
• Reading basic plans and understanding scope
• Measuring and cutting materials
• Ensuring all work meets building codes and quality standards
• Collaborating with project managers to complete projects on schedule and within scope

Qualifications

• Strong construction skills
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Solid understanding of job site safety practices
• Prior construction experience is required
