Structure Technician

About the role

A Structure Technician assists in the repair, reconstruction, and restoration of residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. Key responsibilities include framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, punch work, and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand basic construction plans and scopes
• Measure and cut materials accurately
• Ensure all work complies with building codes and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines and budgets

Requirements

• Strong construction skills
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Solid understanding of job site safety practices
• Prior construction experience required
