You’ll be involved in live projects within our Transportation Business Unit, tackling real-life design challenges and delivering innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structural design assignments, progressively assuming more responsibility under the guidance of a department manager
• Support technical staff on day-to-day projects, providing valuable assistance
• Work with the project team to ensure deliverables and services are being provided to client’s satisfaction
• Gain exposure to all organizational levels, including interactions with senior leadership
• Receive ongoing guidance and feedback from mentors and managers aligned with our core competencies to support your growth

Requirements

• Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, or related discipline from an ABET-accredited college or university
• Detail-oriented personality with strong technical skills
• Fast learner who is detail-oriented and the ability to work in a team environment
• Good verbal and communication skills
