Structural Steel Tekla Detailer

About the role

A Structural Steel Tekla Detailer is needed to work closely with structural engineers and architects to create detailed drawings using Tekla software. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed Tekla drawings based on engineering specifications
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
• Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet client and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated with the latest Tekla software features and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tekla detailing
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures software
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structural steel design principles
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
