About the role
Responsible for creating detailed drawings and models using Tekla software to support structural steel fabrication and installation projects.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings for structural steel components.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs meet project specifications.
- Utilize Tekla software to model and analyze structural elements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structural steel detailing or similar role.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures software.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a plus.
