Structural Steel Tekla Detailer

About the role

Responsible for creating detailed drawings and models using Tekla software to support structural steel fabrication and installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings for structural steel components.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs meet project specifications.
• Utilize Tekla software to model and analyze structural elements.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in structural steel detailing or related field.
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structural steel design principles and practices.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
