Structural/Geotechnical Senior Project Engineer

About the role

Responsible for leading structural and geotechnical projects in the Salisbury, MD area. Expertise in project management, design, and construction oversight required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex structural and geotechnical projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
• Develop detailed project plans and budgets
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Manage project teams and coordinate with other stakeholders
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience with structural and geotechnical engineering principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
