Responsibilities
- Manage all project phases
- Mentor junior engineers
- Coordinate design details with BIM Designers
- Review shop drawings
- Handle permits and construction support
- Develop staffing projections
- Prepare fee proposals
- Manage billing
- Foster client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years in structural engineering
- 2+ years in project management
- PE license
- Civil Engineering degree (Master's preferred)
Skills
- Proficiency in structural design software (RISA, RAM, ETABS/SAFE)
- Experience with various structural materials
- Strong time management
- Financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
