About the role
We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis, Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, and at least 5 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and analysis of building projects from concept through construction.
- Develop structural systems and technical solutions that balance performance, constructability, schedule, and project goals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors.
- Cookordinate effectively with teams across architecture and engineering disciplines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable coordination.
- Prepare and oversee structural calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
- Direct and coordinate BIM modeling and drawing production in Revit.
- Mentor and support the development of entry-level and early-career engineers.
- Support business development efforts through client relationship management, proposal development, and project pursuits.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the structural team through leadership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software.
- Experience developing and coordinating construction documents in Revit.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
