Structural Engineer - Licensed

About the role

Responsible for designing and overseeing structural projects that meet safety and building codes. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Review and approve construction documents and plans
• Oversee construction sites to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety protocols
• Prepare reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with structural design for high-rise buildings and complex infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
