About the role
The Structural Engineer - Licensed is responsible for designing and overseeing the structural integrity of various construction projects. This includes assessing site conditions, developing structural plans, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.
Responsibilities
- Design and review structural drawings and calculations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conduct site inspections to assess structural integrity
- Ensure all projects meet local building codes and regulations
- Prepare and present reports detailing structural designs and findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
