Structural Engineer - Licensed

About the role

The Structural Engineer - Licensed is responsible for designing and overseeing the structural integrity of various construction projects. This includes assessing site conditions, developing structural plans, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Design and review structural drawings and calculations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Conduct site inspections to assess structural integrity
• Ensure all projects meet local building codes and regulations
• Prepare and present reports detailing structural designs and findings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
