Role Description

Daily responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, responding to design-related questions during construction, preparing technical reports, and participating in client and internal coordination meetings. The role also includes supporting quality control processes, updating documentation as designs evolve, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to a variety of building and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and engineering calculations to evaluate loads, member capacities, and overall system performance.
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and related design tools for creating and modifying structural drawings and models.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• About the Job Qualifications
  EIT or PE license or progress toward licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment and interact with clients and contractors.
• Prior experience in consulting or design firm environments and familiarity with construction processes are highly desirable.
