Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior leadership and play a visible role in project success and client relationships
• Lead diverse structural projects from concept through construction rather than being limited to a narrow technical specialty

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 5+ years of structural engineering consulting experience
• Experience designing structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and foundation systems
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as RAM, ETABS, STAAD Pro, RISA, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, structural standards, and design methodologies
• Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills
