Responsibilities
- Use advanced structural analysis software like RISA and Enercalc to perform complex calculations and simulations.
- Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure the structural integrity of various building projects, including: restaurants, hospitality, entertainment, commercial, etc.
- Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and specifications for each project.
- Participate in project meetings and provide critical input on structural design aspects.
- Ensure all designs and projects comply with local and national building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree or EIT license is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on restaurant or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA and Enercalc.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent skills in production engineering and project management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations.
