Job Activities
- Perform structural analysis and design for building structures and related systems
- Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services
- Perform site visits, client meetings and coordination with the project team
- Participate in business development and client-facing activities
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in structures
- 3 - 7 years of structural engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
- Experience with design and construction administration of building structures, preferably both new construction and renovation of existing structures
- Experience designing with common construction materials: steel, concrete, masonry and/or wood
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
- Leadership qualities with ability to teach/train others
- Revit proficiency preferred
