About the role
Clark Pacific is seeking a structural or construction engineer with approximately 3-7 years of experience to support complex projects and contribute to engineering project delivery and growth-related initiatives. This role is well suited for engineers who have developed a strong technical foundation and are ready to broaden their scope, take on increased responsibility, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of structural systems.
The position offers flexibility in focus and may emphasize engineering project execution, coordination across disciplines, client and partner interaction, or support of business development efforts, depending on experience and interest. It provides a growth-oriented opportunity for engineers looking to expand their impact while continuing to build technical depth and professional credibility. The position aligns with responsibilities typically associated with Structural Engineer or Project Engineer roles in the structural engineering and construction industries.
Depending on background and interest, the role may include project coordination, technical support, collaboration with internal and external teams, and participation in client-facing or growth-related activities. The successful candidate will apply their engineering skills to support project outcomes while continuing to develop toward more senior technical or leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Support complex engineering projects and contribute to project delivery and growth-related initiatives

Qualifications
- 3-7 years of structural and construction engineering experience
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (required)
- EIT or PE (preferred)

Pay
Compensation range: $95,000 USD to $175,000 USD
