Structural Engineer

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and budgets, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop strategies to meet client needs.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including design, construction, and maintenance phases.
• Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and sustainability guidelines.
• Manage project teams, including coordinating with other departments and external partners.
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Experience with green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.) desirable.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
