Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to secure future business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
