Structural Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and structural infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
- Oversee technical design and quality assurance efforts in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, contractors, and public agencies.
- Monitor project financial performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare project scopes, fee estimates, schedules, and work plans.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, interview presentations, and client relationship management.
- Attend project meetings and communicate project status to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and project staff.
Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering required; MS preferred
- PE License required (preferably in NY)
- A minimum of eight years of Engineering experience with a focus on design (Structural Preferred)
- Experience with local client base such as NYSDOT, NYCDOT, MTA, PANYNJ, or NYCDDC

Pay and Schedule
- The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
- This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.
- This is a hybrid position in New York,NY.
