Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro: Smurfit Westrock description.
- Title: Structural Packaging Designer
- The Opportunity: description of role responsibilities.
- How you will impact WestRock: list of duties.
- What You Need To Succeed: requirements (education, experience, skills).

The instruction says: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove lines about contacting recruiter, apply online, application window closing date. Also remove EEO statement.
- Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information: description of company, role opportunity, responsibilities, requirements, benefits, salary range, benefits details.
We need to decide sections.
Potential sections:
- About the role (maybe combine company description and opportunity). Could have

with paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "How you will impact WestRock" bullet points.
- Requirements: education and experience from "What You Need To Succeed".
- Skills: maybe list of specific skills (familiarity with retailer specs, expertise with equipment, proven track record, creative thinking, design software, ability to drive projects). Could be part of Requirements or separate Skills.
- Benefits: from "What We Offer": corporate culture, training, attractive salary, generous benefits list, etc.
- Pay: salary range.
- Schedule: not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section if not present.
We need to avoid filler. Ensure we don't create sections with placeholder.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract substantive content.

Guided by our values of safety, loyalty, integrity and respect, we are committed to delivering meaningful value for shareholders, customers, employees and the communities where we operate."
That's prose.

That's prose.
How you will impact WestRock: list of duties (multiple sentences each starting with a verb). We need to turn each into list items.

We could separate into Requirements (education + experience) and Skills (the rest). But we can also combine into Requirements section with list.
But guidelines: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include.
We have:
- About the role: company description + opportunity + location.
