Structural Design & Development
- Create innovative, functional, and cost-effective designs that meet customer requirements and brand objectives.
- Create CAD drawings, dielines, prototypes, and production-ready files.
- Optimize production layouts and material utilization to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure designs meet structural, production, and quality standards.
Team Leadership
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the structural design team.
- Review and approve design work for accuracy, quality, and manufacturability.
- Manage project assignments and balance team workloads.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for structural design and packaging solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of structural design experience within the packaging, print, display, or related manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience designing retail displays (POP/POS), corrugated packaging, and paperboard solutions.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior-level design experience preferred.
- Proficiency with CAD design software such as ArtiosCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of corrugated materials, paperboard, printing, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to create and interpret dielines and production-ready files.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Pay
Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000.
