You will lead a small team while staying deeply involved in the design and execution of retail displays, corrugated packaging, and structural solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between design and production, ensuring concepts are both creative and manufacturable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design of retail displays and packaging solutions
• Create CAD drawings, layouts, and production-ready structural designs
• Guide and mentor a team of designers while managing workflow
• Collaborate closely with production to ensure manufacturability
• Troubleshoot production and structural challenges

Profile

• 5+ years in structural design within packaging or displays
• Strong manufacturing/production experience (required)
• Prominent leadership and delegation skills
• Proficiency in CAD tools (ArtiosCAD, Adobe, etc.)
• Ability to balance creative design with production realities
