About the Role

We are seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to join our Structural team in our Lakewood or Greenwood Village offices. This position involves working alongside Senior Designers and Engineers to produce structural BIM (Revit) models, families, and contract drawings for Water, Wastewater, and Pump Station facilities projects.

Work Setting: In-person (All in office/field).

Responsibilities

  • Execute redlines from Engineers and senior CAD Designers.
  • Coordinate contract drawing development with multiple disciplines.
  • Perform BIM model clash detection and resolve conflicts with various disciplines.
  • Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards.
  • Provide input on CAD/BIM standards and workflows.
  • Demonstrate ambition to learn, communicate effectively, and collaborate with other designers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CAD drafting design experience or completion of technical school with a CAD design certificate.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
