Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Striping Crew Foreman to lead pavement marking operations on roadways, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This role is responsible for supervising the striping crew, coordinating equipment and materials, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on striping experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily activities of the striping crew, including laborers and equipment operators
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and specifications for pavement markings
- Lay out striping patterns using measuring tools, chalk lines, and templates
- Operate striping equipment, paint sprayers, thermoplastic applicators, and related machinery
- Ensure markings are applied accurately, cleanly, and to required thickness and standards
- Coordinate delivery and preparation of materials, equipment, and supplies
- Set up and maintain traffic control and safety zones per DOT and company standards
