About the role
The role involves performing various maintenance tasks on city streets, including cleaning, repairing, and inspecting roadways. This position requires strong physical fitness and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine street cleaning and snow removal
- Inspect and repair potholes and other road damage
- Assist in traffic control during construction zones
- Maintain equipment and tools used in the job
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of basic road maintenance techniques
Qualifications
- Experience in road maintenance or similar field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
