Street Team Representative - Richmond VA

Monster Brewing is looking for a temporary, part-time Street Team Representative in Richmond, VA to drive sales and expand our brand presence in retail outlets.

About the role

You will be responsible for merchandising, installing selling materials, and building relationships with store managers along an assigned route. The role involves frequent lifting, entering store coolers, and driving your personal vehicle throughout the day (with auto-use reimbursement). You will transport selling materials in your vehicle. Territory details will be reviewed by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Create strong relationships with store managers to drive brand success.
• Enhance product displays in cold vaults and coolers with dynamic, eye-catching arrangements.
• Maximize chilled placement to dominate shelf space across all accounts.
• Manage and place point-of-sale materials inside and outside accounts to boost brand visibility.
• Properly maintain program materials and company assets.
• Adhere to shift schedules and represent the brand with appropriate attire.
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record (to be insurable).
• Physical and mental strength to perform duties in extreme environments and handle job stressors.
• Frequently lift and move 10-25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate tools.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel.

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $18.50.

Schedule

Part-time, temporary/seasonal. Non-exempt position.
