Street Team Representative - Houston

About the role

A Street Team Representative at Monster Brewing drives sales distribution goals by expanding retail presence and increasing points of interruption. You will ensure all executional elements of commercial plans are delivered precisely, helping brands stand out at every point of sale. This role involves assigned store visits, merchandising, and installing selling materials.

You will need to lift frequently, enter store coolers, and drive your personal vehicle throughout the day (with auto-use reimbursement). Transporting selling materials in your vehicle is also required. Territory details will be reviewed by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, route-level relationships with store managers to drive brand success.
• Enhance product displays in cold vaults and coolers with dynamic, eye-catching arrangements.
• Maximize chilled placement across accounts to dominate shelf space.
• Manage and place point-of-sale materials inside and outside accounts to boost visibility.
• Maintain program materials and company assets in excellent condition.
• Adhere to shift schedules and represent the brand professionally through attire and conduct.
• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and communication with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles.
• Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record (required for insurability).
• Physical and mental endurance to perform duties in extreme environments and handle operational stressors.
• Frequently lift and move 10-25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, and use tools/controls.
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel (reimbursement provided).

Pay

Hourly rate: $18.50 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, temporary, or seasonal. Non-exempt position.
