Street Team Representative - Chicago

Monster Brewing is looking for a Street Team Representative in Chicago to drive sales and expand our brand presence in retail outlets.

About the role

A Street Team Representative at Monster Brewing will drive sales distribution goals by expanding our presence in retail outlets and increasing points of interruption. You will ensure that all executional elements of our company and distributor commercial plans are delivered with precision, helping our brands stand out at every point of sale. This role requires frequent lifting, entering store coolers, and driving your personal vehicle throughout the day (with auto-use reimbursement). You will also transport selling materials in your vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Create strong, route-level relationships with store managers, turning each interaction into a meaningful partnership that drives brand success.
• Energize product displays in cold vaults and coolers with dynamic, eye-catching arrangements.
• Maximize chilled placement across all accounts to dominate shelf space.
• Effectively manage and place point-of-sale materials inside and outside accounts to enhance brand visibility.
• Properly maintain program materials and company assets.
• Adhere to your shift schedule and represent the brand through appropriate attire.
• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and communication skills when engaging with customers and internal team members.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, especially in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a clean driving record and be 21 years of age or older (to be insurable).
• Physical and mental strength to perform duties in extreme environments and handle operational stressors.
• Frequently lift and move 10-25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
• Must be able to travel and drive as required by the role.

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $18.50

Schedule

Part-time, temporary position.
