Street Outreach Manager

About the role

The Street Outreach Manager is responsible for providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness in the community. This includes conducting outreach, engaging with individuals to provide resources, and coordinating with other agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outreach to identify and engage individuals experiencing homelessness
• Provide immediate assistance and resources to those in need
• Collaborate with local service providers to offer a holistic approach to support
• Document interactions and outcomes for reporting and evaluation purposes
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with homeless populations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications
