Street Outreach Case Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Case Manager to provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to reduce barriers for youth in accessing community resources and support them in developing self-advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to reduce barriers for youth in accessing community resources
• Support youth in learning more self-advocacy skills

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field OR High School Diploma/equivalent and four (4) years' experience in human services OR a combination of the above
• Experience working with at-risk youth and group facilitation
• CPR certification and Class E Driver's License

Pay

This is an hourly position, starting at $19/hour.
