We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Include sections only if real content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Company description: 5 Star Electric, LLC (5 Star) is a premier full-service provider... etc. That's about the company, maybe "About the role" or "About the company"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - Position Title: Street Light Tech (but we don't repeat as heading). Could be part of "About the role" maybe. - Core Values: Guided by Safety. Focused on Communities. Powered by Care. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but not a standard heading. Could be included in About the role paragraph. - Classification: Non-Exempt (maybe not needed). - Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made... The Street Light Technician (SL Tech) is to lead and enforce all safety policies and procedures... This position will have occasional responsibilities for leading and directing the activities of street light technicians in their daily tasks and communicating with employees as well as customers and the Project Manager/General Manager. - Roles And Responsibilities: then a list of duties. - Skills, Knowledge and ability to make wire connections- Low Voltage (hot) ... etc. That's more skills. - Success Factors: Knowledge of: ... etc. - Experience And Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred - Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver License is required. Valid State Commercial Driver License and Medical Examiner Card Must maintain Class B CDL Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be able to lift up to 75 – 100lbs Duties entail full-body exertion, strenuous lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling. required to stand, walk; and use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, see and hear in order to avoid workplace dangers, able to bend, stoop, or lift on a regular basis. - Notes: statements... not needed. No explicit Pay, Benefits, Schedule mentioned. So we should not create those sections. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. Thus we can have: - About the role (maybe includes company description, core values, classification, essential functions overview) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Skills (maybe combine skills, knowledge, ability) - Qualifications (maybe experience and education, additional requirements) We need to decide mapping. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings. We need to decide which sections to include. We have content for: - About the role: company description, core values, classification, essential functions overview. - Responsibilities: the list under "Roles And Responsibilities" and also the essential functions details maybe. - Skills: the list of skills, knowledge and ability items (wire connections, excavate ditches, operate heavy equipment, energized lines, read maps, maintenance, low voltage light repairs, install lights, install URD and OH secondary, report incidents, follow customer policies, work in clearance zone, qualified observer, communication skills, work outdoors, hand tools, ensure safety standards, daily job briefings, etc.) - Qualifications: Experience and Education (HS diploma/GED preferred), Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications (driver license, CDL, background checks, drug screen, lifting ability, physical demands). Could also include "Success Factors" as qualifications. - Requirements: maybe we could combine with Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. The instruction says we can use those headings. We need to decide if we need both. We could put "Requirements" for mandatory items (driver license, CDL, background check, drug screen, lifting, physical demands) and "Qualifications" for preferred items (HS diploma, success factors). Or we could just use one. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into Qualifications (or Requirements) and avoid duplication. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details. Let's structure:
