Strategy & Transformation - Business Architecture Associate

The Impact You Will Have

In this role, you will be a member of the Business Architecture Team, supporting projects that drive transformation across DTCC. You will be involved in:

• Supporting the development of scalable business and tech solutions to improve client communications.
• Reimagining clients' interactions to identify new capabilities for the firm.
• Unpacking complex processes to identify automation and cost efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience.
• A bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in management consulting, banking, capital markets, or financial operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint – comfortable using data to create narratives.
• Leverage LLMs to improve deliverables and speed up processes.
• Curiosity and strong analytical / problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think “out of the box” with a client-centric approach.
• Experience with strategic frameworks, client journey and capability mapping, and business process modeling.

Schedule

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model where you will work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
