Responsibilities
- Marketing Plan Management
- Gather and maintain data connections and inputs within an internal planning and budgeting platform (Workfront Planning), partnering with finance analysts, marketing strategists, and other cross-functional partners (including consumer and B2B teams)
- Validate data quality and troubleshoot data entry or calculation issues within the platform as they arise
- Produce and maintain AI-powered dashboards that support planning and reporting
- Support production of an executive-facing planning summary — synthesizing and validating outputs (which may increasingly be AI-generated) and owning the final deliverable
- Support the platform's rollout to regional teams, working across time zones to guide the transitions for regions and remain supportive of Americas transition
- Maintain the integrity of organization messaging workspace, including approving new users and helping troubleshooting issues
- Create and share a weekly leadership update summarizing product and customer marketing news
- Support recurring ops and communications items including operational cadence, organizing informal team learning sessions, maintaining internal knowledge-sharing sites, and refreshing recurring presentation materials
- Audit template library for internal marketing tool: remove outdated email and paid media templates, verify each meets required functionality standards, and rename to align with an existing naming convention
- Track submitted Jira tickets and partner with engineering to monitor progress, translating status updates into clear, marketer-friendly summaries
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing organization including planning, marketing operations or marketing program/project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to build and maintain working deliverables (dashboards, reports, or planning artifacts) rather than only using AI for one-off writing or summarization tasks
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including timeline tracking and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear narratives and recommendations for different audiences, including executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and collaboration tools such as Teams and Slack
- Bachelor's degree
- AI-Enabled Ways of Working
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) as productivity accelerators across planning, research, synthesis, and communications
- Experience building or maintaining AI-powered reporting tools or dashboards
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, apply human judgment, and translate results into decision-ready insights
- Comfort picking up an existing AI-assisted workflow or in-progress tool build and continuing it independently
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with work management platforms such as Workfront/Workfront Planning (or a comparable planning/PPM tool such as Jira)
- Experience with OKR tracking tools (e.g., WorkBoard)
- Experience working with cross-functional and/or global teams across multiple time zones
