Responsibilities
- Lead the New Year Readiness lifecycle to optimize territory coverage and partner hierarchy
- Collaborate with Finance to create and implement goaling frameworks, ensuring accurate sales force alignment
- Manage the APO OPEX budget and conduct weekly financial reviews alongside headcount assessments
- Drive strategic budget allocation, providing data-driven insights to leadership on its utilization
- Set operational initiatives and workflows to boost business efficiency, mentoring project managers as needed
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Strategy, Finance, or similar in a large-scale tech environment
- Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong ability to convert complex data into persuasive narratives for senior leadership
- Extensive experience with NYR planning and OPEX management in complex sales organizations
- Deep understanding of compensation architecture, territory planning, and financial operations
