Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between sales teams, internal product teams, and the vendor (Zaffin) to clarify requirements, communicate issues, and move workstreams forward.
- Break large program goals into discrete, actionable tasks.
- Gather input from front-office sales teams, understand pain points, and obtain early feedback to inform deployment.
- Activate key product functionality, identify product gaps, recommend solutions, and guide migration strategy from legacy tools.
- Partner with the team and vendor to deliver a scalable, high-quality solution.
- Collaborate with the incoming Program Manager (starting mid-January) and other internal stakeholders.
Change Management & Sales Enablement
- Support change management initiatives including communication planning, staggered rollout planning, and training coordination.
- Update documentation, procedures, and Knowledge Center materials.
- Provide clarity and guidance between Wells Fargo teams and Zaffin vendor team.
- Facilitate strategic work on product deployment readiness and adoption planning.
Team & Vendor Environment
- Small internal WF team (2–3 people) with additional vendor support (~36 offshore in India, 7–8 in Toronto).
- WF Technology support: 3–4 part-time team members.
- Opportunity to cover temporary resource gaps.
- Agile methodology familiarity preferred; no deep JIRA story writing required.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- 2+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience via work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in sales enablement or sales tool implementations (Salesforce, CRM rollouts, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and navigating ambiguity.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to present ideas clearly and act with ownership.
- Experience in large enterprise transformation programs preferred.
- Nice to have: experience with treasury management/deposit pricing, FTP methodologies, and profitability frameworks; background integrating pricing tools with billing/approval workflows and data pipelines; Agile delivery experience (backlog management, sprint cadence, UAT leadership).
